Rabat-The Arab Civil Aviation Organization (ACAO) was successfully organized a workshop on "Quality Management, Airport and Air Navigation Charges" in collaboration with WMO, ICAO, IATA and the League of Arab States in Rabat, Kingdom of Morocco, 26-28 November 2018.
The workshop is part of the strategic plan of the Arab Civil Aviation Organization, which aims to provide participants with the various requirements and recommendations of the International Civil Aviation Organization (ICAO) and the World Meteorological Organization (WMO) on the quality system and the mechanism for cost recovery of air navigation with the exchange of best practices and experiences with countries, regional and international organizations and experts in this field. This workshop will also help to identify and overcome the economic challenges facing different civil aviation stakeholders.
The workshop was opened by Eng. Abdenabi Manar, Director General of the Arab Civil Aviation Organization (ACAO), welcoming the participants and thanking the League of Arab States, the World Meteorological Organization, the International Civil Aviation Organization and the International Air Transport Association for their fruitful cooperation and coordination with the Arab Civil Aviation Organization.
The workshop was attended by 57 participants from 11 countries as well as 8 international and regional organizations.
